Made by us in the long tradition of lanterns – that is, outdoor lights with a protection casing. Our lantern has a frame of cast aluminium and steel supports with crystal glass panes. Metal Filament Bulb
This bulb has a tungsten filament, but instead of the customary spiral shape, this one is very long and set in a glass bulb. The light it produces is not white-hot, but a softer light, not unlike that produced by the carbon filament bulb. It is, however, significantly more stable than the latter.
