Like a good saucepan this pot has a double base for optimum heat conduction. Fill one-third with milk and then warm it to about 60° C. Take the pot off the heat and »beat« with the mixing rod for about 20 seconds. It is also ideal for preparing coffee creams, beating eggs, zabaione and milk shakes.
