Vegetable mandoline from Bron.

An intelligently designed, robust device for cutting and preparing all vegetables to any thickness or shape - waffled carrots, paper-thin sliced potatoes for gratins, matchstick or julienne strips - the mandoline has proved its worth over decades. It has a blade plate with 38 teeth and a reverse plate for ornamental cutting. We offer the mandoline with a protective sliding carriage, preventing any direct contact with the cutting edges. (Bron manufacture the carriage - in accordance with EU regulations - with a plastic grip. Our mandoline has a wooden grip.) The Mandoline is a professional tool and requires some practice before mastering. Each of the 7 parts and a set of all the screws are available as spare parts.
