Powdery. Italian Floïd.

The Barber of Seville may well be set in Spain, but there is a reason its libretto was written in Italian. Floïd aftershave comes from Spain, but the Italian version plays an altogether different melody. Spanish Latin lovers prefer a sharp, alcoholic note, whereas the Italians prefer a softer, more flattering note. The Italian version exudes a pleasant, warm, powdery smell, particularly on your skin.
Italian barbers' wifes do sometimes ask if there is a ladies' equivalent - sadly there is not.
