Boules Leisure Bowls
These French leisure bowls (not professional competition bowls) are manufactured from chrome-plated steel. They have a diameter of 73 mm and weigh approx. 620 g. Instructions are enclosed in the wooden box, which contains 6 bowls and a wooden jack.

The game is generally known as boules, and as pétanque whenever it is to be taken seriously as a competitive sport. The same game is called boccia in Italy, which is where it originally comes from. Individually or in teams, the players attempt to throw or roll their balls as close to the target ball - the »jack«- as possible.
