Plastics-compatible brass system.
For ½" garden hoses.

These brass couplings offer a robust and weatherproof alternative to the ubiquitous, standardised, plastic, garden hose coupling systems. Fittings from Gardena® and other manufacturers are compatible with this coupling system for ½" garden hoses (maximum outer diameter 18.7 mm; maximum wall thickness 3 mm). You can connect the brass couplings at any given place in the system to the plastic couplings you may already have at home.

Hose couplings.

The hose connectors are compatible with common ½" garden hoses (maximum outer diameter 18,7 mm; maximum wall thickness 3 mm). They can easily be attached to the hose with a coupling nut and a plastic clamping ring. We offer hose connectors with and without water stop. You need two hose connectors on your hose: one (without water stop) on the tap end and one (optionally with or without water stop) on the accessory end. The water stop function is recommended for spray wands and nozzles without a shut-off mechanism of their own: it allows you to stop the water flow without having to go back to the tap.
