The Güde All-purpose Kitchen Knife – with synthetic layered handle.

This was a famous knife in the 1950s – and we’ve decided to offer it to our customers again, with the same black-and-white layered plastic handle, typical of the period. The blade is of rust-proof, hardened and polished stainless steel. It is the finely serrated cutting edge – never bettered – that gives this knife its special sharpness. You can use it for years without re-sharpening, provided you use it in the proper way, that is, for cutting food on a hard surface. A truly ‘universal’ kitchen knife!
