10 Spanish merino lambskins go to make each blanket. Spanish merinos are well-known for their strong protective hide and exceptionally soft wool. This means that each lambskin can be processed in the natural sate which in turn gives each blanket its own individual character. Following tanning, the fleece is cropped to a height of 10-12 mm, as the undercoat has the particularly dense and smooth texture that one associates with this breed. These lambskin blankets are exceedingly soft, comfortable and warming. Made in Westphalia.
