General Information
Citrus fruits can be peeled effectively and effortlessly with this tool. You use the eye-like blade to put a notch in the peel along the orange "equator"; then you use the wire loop to drive under the peel halves and lift them off. The sharpened knife is used to remove any remaining skin. Also for left-handers. Cleaning by hand. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
