The Armando Garello oil mill lies in the Albenga hinterland in the scenic Pennavaira Valley. This is where its excellent, unfiltered olive oil is produced. Founded in the 1960s, this olive press produces a dull yellow-green oil from Ligurian Taggiasca olives that are harvested mid-season. It has a pure, fresh aroma, and is characterised by fruity notes with a distinctly sweet component. The oil is used on salads and fish dishes.

Origin or provenance:
Store in cool and dry place and away from light for quality reasons. Should not be stored in the refrigerator; temperatures around 7 °C and below can cause flocculation; this does not affect the quality of the oil.
