Armando Garello Olive Oil from Liguria
Ligurian Olive Oil. Mild and Fruity.
The Armando Garello oil mill lies in the Albenga hinterland in the scenic Pennavaira Valley. This is where the excellent, unfiltered olive oil is produced. Founded in the 1960s, this olive press is renown for its mild yellow-green oil from Ligurian Taggiasca olives. Harvested mid-season, the olives bring in their pure, fresh aroma, while fruity notes with a distinctly sweet component characterise the oil. Chefs use it for fresh salads and fish dishes.

Origin or provenance:
Store in cool and dry place and away from light for quality reasons. Should not be stored in the refrigerator; temperatures around 7 °C and below can cause flocculation; this does not affect the quality of the oil.
