Bottle holder cowhide

A bottle cage of a special kind is this inconspicuous utensil for your bike: unlike the conventional holders for sports drinking bottles, this is mounted on the top tube of the bike. (The fact that the bottle cage is only suitable for men's bikes is not a bad intention, but solely due to the design). The leather straps with ball-button closures are adjustable in many ways, so that the holder can accommodate bottles of any length and different diameters. In addition to water bottles and vacuum jugs can be transported in it just as well a bottle of beer or wine safely, so you are best equipped for the small picnic or aperitif on the road and can invite your companion (which gallantly makes up for the fact that the bottle holder is to be mounted only on men's bikes).

Robust, durable and solidly finished, it proves itself even under heavy use, and even a rain shower can not harm the bottle cage. If you give the leather from time to time a little care to keep it supple, you will be a good team on many (damp-happy) tours.

You can feel, see and smell the leather’s quality in the finished product. Plus, such leathers can merge into the natural material cycle at the end of the product’s life. Ihmels feels every piece of leather he processes was once the skin of a living being and should be respected and honoured accordingly. For this reason, he does everything in his power to process the leather in a way that preserves its value over a long time.
