Casserole Dish Glass with Ceramic Coating
Never again baking paper
A thinly applied, transparent coating of ceramic is the secret of these baking pans. They are made in Japan from thick-walled utility glass and are first sandblasted on the inside. The coating is then applied by machine and baked at 200 °C, with the result that it is absolutely heat-resistant, scratch-resistant and abrasion-resistant. The advantage of this ceramic coating is that you don't need baking paper, and there's no need to grease (and flour) the molds. Cakes and tartes can be baked without residue, potatoes, for example, do not stick. For cleaning, you can simply put your glass baking dish in the dishwasher.
