Chair C603

Shaped shell, pronounced support in the back: C603 was already designed in the early 1960s by Japanese designer Yuzuru Yamakawa, who brings the technical properties of the material to a formal result in this chair in a remarkable way. The chair has exceptionally good seating comfort despite its comparatively small external dimensions. The pronounced seat hollowing and backrest shape, as well as the flexibility of the material, work together in an ideal way. Today, the chair is woven by an Australian company in Indonesia. This makes sense, because the material rattan is grown and directly processed there. C603 is ideally suited for use at the private dining place, as in the catering industry, also because of its stackability.
