Dr. K's shaving oil

For Dr. K's shaving oil natural ingredients such as apricot kernel oil and vitamin E are used. It is pleasant for minor irritations and refreshing due to the contained peppermint oil. The mild, cold-pressed apricot kernel oil is rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins A and C. With its moisturizing properties, Dr. K's shaving oil nourishes the skin and keeps it supple. It can be used both as a preparatory preshave oil in combination with shaving soap or cream as well as a pure shaving oil. For this, moisten the beard area to be shaved with warm water and then massage in a few drops of Dr. K's shaving oil, the castor oil contained creates a protective lubricating film between the skin and the blade. The transparent oil is particularly suitable for shaving the beard contours, as these remain visible during shaving.

In Cork, southern Ireland, body care aficionado Rob has turned his hobby into a career by founding Dr. K’s Soap Company. A biochemist by training, Dr. K has been pursuing his passion in his laboratory since 2011. The label produces fine soaps, skincare and shaving products for men – carefully handcrafted according to traditional artisan standards. Anything but all-natural, pure ingredients are entirely out of the question for Dr. K. Besides, he sources from the region whenever possible.
