As a rule, textiles made of linen are not additionally processed after being assembled, but this bed linen made by the Lithuanian manufacturer Orgamint gets pre-sanforized. There are two advantages of the sanforization: For one thing, the stiffness which is typical for linen is somewhat reduced, so that the bed linen already has a soft texture when first put on the duvet. With this pre-wash and afterwards with each regular wash the long linen fibres buckle so that the linen fabric becomes softer with each washing cycle. Secondly, the appearance of the fabric becomes a lot more lively and voluminous. (If you prefer a smoother appearance, iron the linen, and it will regain its smooth appearance.) ?We offer two versions of washed bed linen: a darker, undyed linen with a circumferential white piping and a white linen with a circumferential natural coloured piping.
