1. How secure is data processing via the internet?
For the processing of your personal data (such bank account number, name, and address) we use so called SSL-encryption. Depending on your browser this enables an encryption of up to 128 bits, ensuring that no third party can have access to your personal data. Encrypted pages carry the symbol of a closed lock in the lower left part of your browser window.
2. Why should I register with Your Manufactum?
Delivery of your order will take one day less because we can process your order electronically.
Order more comfortably
You will not have to reenter your billing address and other personal data required for placing an order in our web shop.

3. Where do I send my returns?
You have a general right to return goods within a period of 14 days. You are obliged to return the goods to us in the same condition as they arrived and to take reasonable care ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not damaged in transit. There is a returns form attached to the invoice you receive with your goods. Please fill in this form and affix the label to your parcel. (To be on the safe side, please remember to register the parcel.)
4. Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Shipments will have to be charged according to the current and valid postal charges.
5. Can I order by order number?
At many pages wo our web shop yowill find a smal form on the right side of the page in which you can place a order by number. If you are sure about the size and the number of items please type these informations in the same form.
If you click on the button "order form" you will get to a special direct order form.
After entering the order numbers click on "add to shopping cart" to put one or all of the products displayed in your shopping cart.
6. How do I pay?
For all orders you will be able to choose from the following methods of payment:
- via creditcard
We accept Visa or Mastercard. All credit card data will be transferred SSL-encrypted.
- by prepayment
Payments from foreign banks are not subject to an additional fee within the EU if you state the IBAN and SWIFT codes for our bank account stated below on the bank transfer. Without these codes, your payments are only credited to our account after the deduction of €7.00, which we have to additionally charge from you if you are not transferring payment from a German bank.

7. How do I use my notepad / wish list?
As a registered user of "Your Manufactum" you can either add a product from our web shop to your shopping cart or to your notepad / personal wish list.
Each of our products has a button "add to wish list" next to it; click here to add a product. Go to your wish list by clicking on "your wish list" under "Your Manufactum" in the header of the Manufactum pages.

You can find the order number of an article on its product page. Choose colour and size or other specifications and the order number will directly be shown to you.
