Outstanding soaps and shaving waters come from the Klar soap manufactory in Heidelberg. In this decorative gift box Klar has put together three care products for men: a solid shampoo tea tree oil & lavender, a men's soap with a matching soap box made of lightweight aluminum and a lemongrass shaving soap - both soaps are certified natural cosmetics and can also be purchased individually from us.

The solid shampoo gently cleanses and cares for dry and dandruff-prone scalp with essential tea tree oil. Real lavender oil gives the shampoo a pleasant spicy scent and softens the tea tree note. The men's soap is made on the basis of olive and coconut oil and is palm oil free. It cleanses and nourishes with rich, plant-based oils and has a tangy sandalwood scent. Incidentally, the motif on the packaging is from a 1950s advertisement for Klar Seifen The Lemongrass Shaving Soap is made with vegetable oils, and the best perfume oils from Grasse give it its fresh scent. The superfatted soap (pH 10.5) is very productive and develops a fine, creamy foam that has a high swelling effect and allows a close shave. Packaged in a practical aluminum jar, it is also suitable for travel. Clear shaving soaps to refill the jar can also be found in our assortment.

At a prosperous time for the old trading city Heidelberg, in 1840, Philipp Klar opened a soap works and store in the city centre at a “Hauptstrasse” address. This address became the cornerstone of a soap tradition which is now in the fifth generation. “At Klar’s”, as the employees fondly refer to the company these days, the best raw materials are processed, with the proven procedures and recipes which have been handed down. The result is soap of indisputable quality, without dyes or preservatives.
