Industrial lamp

The forefather of the nowadays ubiquitous minimal lamp which can be found in design circles is a real leveller – we are talking about the industrial lamp. Originally used during the renovation of buildings, the purist lamp quickly established itself as a pragmatic illumination during removals before it suddenly became en vogue as the very latest fashion in lamp design often in garish colours and at shocking prices. We have taken it back to its roots, in a design with a really impressive look: our industrial lamps are made from porcelain and Bakelite® as opposed to cheap thermoplastic. They are suitable for transitional use (which sometimes lasts longer than planned) and for permanent use. Bakelite® is a registered trademark of Momentive Specialty Chemicals GmbH.
