    North German classic

    This ready-cooked kale is prepared by Feinkost-Fleischerei Sostmann with fresh kale from the region and cabbage sausages made from meat from Bunten Bentheimer Landschwein. Because kale only achieves its full flavor when the sausages are cooked along with it. Every region, and in turn every family, has its own recipe that it swears by - as does Sostmann: for example, he adds oat flakes for thickening (they boil away in the dish), sugar beet syrup and bacon. The can is enough for two people, if you serve boiled or fried potatoes with it.

    Characterful stews. With rich flavor

    What is canned here are the best stews from selected ingredients. You notice it immediately by the decisive extra flavor. Decisive for this is the artisanal care that the producers take in the preparation.
    The goulash soup and the kale come from the delicatessen butchery Sostmann in Bramsche, Lower Saxony. Following the motto "From the region for the region," owner Christian Sostmann makes sure that the entire production chain from farm to finished product is in his hands. Sostmann knows "his" farmers personally and he also still does the butchering himself.
    The lentil and pea terrine come from the Englert delicatessen in Lower Franconia. What began in Alsace in 1852 was continued in Landau in 1937 by Rudolf Englert, former head chef at the Kempinski Hotel in Berlin. Ulrich Englert has been running the business since 1994. Englert cooks traditionally, pulling his funds, for example, like a top chef. Wherever possible, he also uses regional ingredients. Vegetables and beef are purchased locally and with most suppliers Englert maintains a long-standing partnership.
