Nigel Cabourn Five-Pocket Pants

General Information
Fabric and cut. Based on a historical model.
At first glance, the strong cotton twill is reminiscent of an English office wear flannel – and as a matter of fact, it was a pair of woolen suit trousers from the 1940s that served as the model for the striped fabric with the characteristic pepper-and-salt optic and the dry, grainy feeling. Nigel Cabourn has the straight and loose-fitting trousers made especially for us as a five-pocket pants with metal reinforcing rivets at the pocket ends, button-fly and the "cinch back", the adjustable latch to adjust the width above the back pockets. The rear waistband is, as in the historical model, high cut. The pouch pockets are made from a durable cotton canvas; all seams are stitched as felled seams. The pocket ends and the cinch back are reinforced with metal rivets. The pants can be worn both with belt or suspenders.
