    Mobile office: small parts case

Instead of screws pens, instead of nails adhesive tape and instead of electric pliers eraser, inkwell and tacks. In the upper, fixed compartment and in the larger of the three drawers find documents and papers up to DIN A5 space; in the smaller drawers everything else is well stored.

Talked out of the sewing box: How Writers Write

Peter Handke, if you believe Herlinde Koelb's opulent 1998 book of photographs "Im Schreiben zu Hause", needs nothing more than a chair, table, paper and fountain pen. Likewise Herta Müller, even if she eventually types her texts into a mobile computer. And Thomas Mann was almost obsessive about these things - his old desk, always arranged in the same way from writing utensil to table sculpture, accompanied him throughout his life. In short: order helps to precisely (v)capture thoughts, whether you want to write a novel or fill out your long-overdue tax return. In this respect, our organizers, repurposed from the mechanic's and tailor's workshop, are also thinking aids. And they are mobile, so you can answer the question about your desk at any time (and freely after Marvin Gaye) truthfully: "Wherever I put my sewing box, there is my office."

    Product Information

    Article Number 19507

In the compartment and the three drawers, one of which extends over the entire width of the box and two drawers with half the width of the box you can easily store all kinds of odds and ends.

Made of paperboard, handle and clasp made of sheet steel. Height 18.5 cm, width 27.5 cm, depth 15 cm. Weight 720 g.

Pens, adhesive tape, eraser, inkpot and thumbtacks instead of screws, nails and engineer's pliers. In the upper compartment and the large drawer you can store documents up to A5 and everything else can be safely stored in the smaller drawers. It's an open secret: How writers write. In the opulent photographic publication of 1998, "At home in writing" by Herlinde Koelbs, Peter Handke only needed a chair, table, paper and fountain pen. The same used to be true of Herta Müller, although ultimately she began typing her texts into her mobile computer. And Thomas Mann was really obsessed in this connection. His old writing desk accompanied him his whole life long, and every single piece on it – writing utensils as well as a small sculpture - always remained in exactly the same position. In short: Good organization supports the precise recording of thoughts, regardless of whether you are writing a novel or wanting to complete your overdue tax return. In this respect, therefore, our organizers from the mechanic's and tailor's workshop also promote constructive thinking. Moreover, you are mobile and can always (freely adapted from Marvin Gaye) authentically assert: "My office is wherever I have my organizer box".
