Pull up bar wall mounting

Before pull-ups or "pull-ups" most of us have (too much) respect and do not even start. Yet chin-up training has many benefits because it addresses the entire upper body musculature. When performed correctly, pull-ups strengthen not only the shoulders and arms, but also the back muscles, especially the large back muscle (latissimus dorsi muscle) and the trapezius muscles (trapezius muscle), as well as - you read correctly - the abdominal muscles. With little effort, pull-ups effectively train the upper body without putting too much stress on the joints, since you are working with your own body weight.
For training at home, you can mount pull-up bars in the door frame or on the wall or ceiling, like this model, which is mounted on the wall. Unlike many other pull-up bars, the bar here can be easily removed when not in use. This also makes it great for training with elastic bands or the Deuserband. So that you have enough space for the legs, mount the pull-up bar best above the door frame. This way you can also train variations of the classic pull-up, such as the dynamic kipping or butterfly pull-ups. Legroom forward is also important to be able to slightly bend (and possibly cross) the legs forward while practicing, to prevent a possible hollow back.

Made in Austria, the pull-up bar is made of regional ash wood, which is very finely sanded to preserve the pleasant feel of the natural wood. An aspect that not only pleases us well, but also the manufacturer, who originally comes from the climbing sport and whose demands on grip, stability and safety are very high. The stainless steel brackets therefore secure the latched bar twice, you just have to make sure that first the upper barbs latch into the anchor sockets and then the lower pegs engage. Already you can pull yourself up to your first pull-up.

Please note that mounting is only possible on solid walls.
