Before using: Before using it, rinse theslab thoroughly under running water, letit dry and heat it in a 250 °C oven thathas not been preheated. After one hourshut off the oven and let the slab cooldown with the oven door closed. Onlyfor use in electric or gas ovens. Do notput the slab on a hot stove top or in themicrowave.
