Shoulder strap cowhide for bicycle bag

This shoulder strap is part of our series of bike bags and accessories that we have developed together with Greenbelts®. In two easy steps, it turns a bike bag into a comfortable shoulder bag to carry when you're on foot. To do this, it is simply attached to the straps with which the bags are attached to the bike by means of ball-button fasteners. By roll buckle the shoulder strap can be adjusted to the individually desired length.
The shoulder strap is made of the same supple cowhide as the bags, a soft, yet very strong leather, which is processed open-edged. The shoulder strap fits the luggage carrier bag cowhide, the two handlebar bags and the bike frame bag from Greenbelts®.

Ihmels works exclusively with European tanneries that guarantee all relevant environmental standards and provide solid, honest leathers that need neither lining nor padding. You can feel, see and smell the leather’s quality in the finished product. Plus, such leathers can merge into the natural material cycle at the end of the product’s life. Ihmels feels every piece of leather he processes was once the skin of a living being and should be respected and honoured accordingly. For this reason, he does everything in his power to process the leather in a way that preserves its value over a long time.
