Round lid case cardboard

Modeled after a round-lidded chest, this small case is made - but much smaller and made of cardboard, which brings the advantage of many uses and especially higher mobility. As a simple office utensil, lunch box or handbag substitute it is suitable for adults, but also children know how to use it: As a treasure chest, doctor's case or game box for long car trips it preserves and transports whatever is inside.

The Czech manufacturer of this little suitcase has been making suitcases, office and order utensils from cardboard for more than 80 years. So it is little surprise that, although the material is not exactly predestined for round shapes, he has made the lid round by means of a construction that is as clever as it is simple: The rectangular cardboard is made flexible by grooves, bent into a barrel vault, and held in shape by riveting the side tabs to the semicircular sides. A handle and snap closures made of sheet steel ensure easy handling of the round box, which is not further subdivided on the inside. We offer it in red, blue, yellow and black.
