This handmade shoulder bag is modeled after the classic school satchel - but its lifespan will probably last far beyond i-man time, prom and professor's hat. Down to the last detail, it's crafted for durability. The hand-cut sturdy cowhide - 3 mm thick - is sewn with a saddler's stitch. The already very strong thread is coated with beeswax, so that it additionally sticks to the leather. A zippered compartment is integrated into the leather flutter wall that divides the interior compartment. Other compartments provide space for small items. And just how sturdy the fasteners cast from brass and attached under the closure straps are is revealed by the rich "clack" with which they snap into place.
