My account
In the login area under "Customer account" or during the ordering process you can fill out the registration form and create an account. You can also create your account during your first order. After registration you are immediately logged into your account and can check your details there. Following your registration, you will receive a confirmation email and then you can log in with your email address and personal password.
With an account you enjoy the following advantages:
- You can change your password and email address to log in to the account yourself at any time.
- You can view online orders, including tracking and online billing.
- You can store multiple delivery addresses. Your personal data is stored directly for future orders.
- You can check how much credit you have on your merchandise voucher.
- You can conveniently subscribe and unsubscribe to our newsletter.
You will find your customer number within your account in the "Personal details" section as well as on the top right of your invoice.
If you want to change your e-mail address, you can easily enter a new e-mail address within your account in the "Change e-mail address" area.
If you want to change your password, you can store a new password within your account in the "Change password" area. Please make sure to assign a password that is as complicated as possible and do not use it for multiple accounts.
If you have forgotten your password, please click in the login area or here on the link forgot password and enter your e-mail address stored in the account. After you have clicked the button "Send e-mail", you will immediately receive an e-mail, through which you can assign a new password.
You can save as many items as you like on the watch list so that you can find them again immediately when you visit our online store later. To do this, use the button "Remember", which you will find below the order button on each product. Alternatively, you can also move products from the shopping cart to the watch list. The list is active as long as the cookies in your browser are not deleted. If you are logged in with your account, the watch list is saved in the account and you can also access it again when visiting from another device or browser.
You can share your wish list with others by creating a link to a “shared wish list.” To do this, click the “Share wish list with others” button in the open wish list. This will create a new shared wish list containing the items from your wish list at the time of sharing, along with a corresponding link. A dialog box will open where you can copy the link. Depending on your browser, you may also choose an app to share the link.
Please note:
The shared wish list cannot be changed by you after sending it to the recipients, nor can it be revoked before the link’s expiration date. From the moment the link is created, the wish list remains active for a period of 6 months and will then be deleted.
Changes to your personal wish list are not transmitted to the recipients of the shared wish list. If an item from the shared wish list is purchased, no notification will be sent to you or the recipients. A purchased item will not be removed from the shared wish list or your personal wish list.
The shared wish list shows the status at the time the wish list was shared by the sender. Changes by you, the sender, or other recipients are not possible. You can add items from the wish list to your basket and order them. The item will not be removed from the wish list as a result.
If you want to add an item from the shared wish list to your personal wish list, you must first add the item to your basket and then move it from there to your wish list.
Please note:
From the creation of the link to a shared wish list, the link and the shared wish list are valid for 6 months. After this period, the wish list shared with you will be deleted and can no longer be accessed by you.
To unsubscribe from our newsletter, please use the option "unsubscribe newsletter" at the end of the newsletter. If you are registered as a customer, you also have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter within your account in the "Newsletter" section. If you have problems unsubscribing, please contact our customer service.
