Smart trackers are a very useful invention for locating your own belongings, even if you lose them. It is a little more difficult when we want to attach the tracking device to our belongings without the tracker itself being damaged, lost or deprived of its range. This leather cover solves the problem with natural, stylish charm: simply unknot the cowhide strap and open the cover, slide the coin-sized tracker between the two layers of leather and knot the strap again - and your Airtag or similar tracker is already wrapped in velvety deerskin on one side and supple, strong cowhide on the other. With the help of the solid snap hook and key ring, you can now attach it to your object seeking protection - such as keys, bag or (biker) wallet - so that from now on the tracker can securely and constantly transmit its position to you.

Since the 1980s, the leather manufacturer Ackermann has stood for handcrafted and resource-conserving production. Ackermann uses exclusively high-quality leathers tanned in German or European tanneries with minerals, vegetable substances or ingredients of animal origin (for example, fish oil for tanning deerskin). Beate Sedlacek and Karl-Henning Hohmann create the designs – the Bauhaus says hello – primarily based on an idea of functionality while reflecting on the characteristics of the respective leather and its surface. The resulting design is timeless, dispenses with superfluous details and features a clear cut in which every seam has its functional artisanal justification. Therefore, the leather can show all its strengths, including its visual and haptic qualities. Experienced sewists implement the designs in the best bag-making manner.
