The core of these babbini consists of four layers of fine crispy wafers with a soft pistachio cream in between. The whole thing is covered in a layer of melt-in-the-mouth white chocolate. These little delicacies taste great with coffee, but are also delicious on their own.

The confectionery company Babbi was founded in 1952 by Attilio Babbi in Romagna, a region with a rich gastronomic culture.
