This console is unusual not because of its simple shape, but because of its material: hot-rolled raw steel. Rather atypical for use in the home - but nevertheless, or precisely because of this, quite successful, because our magnetic wall made of raw steel has enjoyed great popularity for years. The console should actually be called a magnetic console, as magnets adhere just as well here as they do on the magnetic board and the smaller magnetic board. If desired, the console can form a tidy team with these. This is because the distance between the holes corresponds to that of the magnetic board in landscape format and the magnetic board in portrait format, so that it can be mounted together with the latter. This turns the magnetic board into a shelf that can be attached to the bottom or top edge of the magnetic board or bulletin board and equipped with various items. Keys and anything with an eyelet can be attached to the underside using stronger (hook) magnets.

The (magnetic) bracket is attached to the wall using hanger bolts at a distance that can be adjusted using a hexagon nut and compensates for any unevenness in the wall. We also supply cap nuts to secure them, both made of steel and brass for optional use.

The fact that the stainless steel magnetic wall is made of a visually elegant but non-magnetic material and therefore has to be magnetized afterwards was a lack of "technical elegance" for us. What could be more obvious than to activate the magnetic material in return: raw 2 mm steel, straight from the rolling mill. The result is an "object" in the office or in the home: impressive at first glance, it is always worth another look because the surface reacts to changes in humidity, temperature and incidence of light with a play of colors between gray, green and bluish - and can always be changed and brightened with a little polish. Rust? No problem outside damp rooms.

For centuries, magnetic bodies have been trusted because of their purposeful geographical knowledge. Magnets can also be harnessed for purposeful organization in the home and office by reversibly attaching paper and more to a suitable surface. This can create a remarkable tool for self-organization: On a plate of raw steel, differently designed magnets immediately begin their organizing work. If necessary, they even extend their range of action beyond the boundaries of the magnetic strip: downwards (with clamps from which something hangs down), but also upwards and to the sides (by means of projecting magnetic clamps). Starting from a small breach in the middle of the chaos, order is formed. Sensibly set up, it becomes the "home page", which gathers all the important links in the day, including ice-cream revue cards, keychain, notepad (on which we are still laboring) and stove-off note.
