A clever device for punching cards and paper.
This is a desktop punch, made of steel finished in black. On the inside, it has a hidden cog-wheel attached to a pair of rails that ensure that the paper, once inserted, is always punched in the exact centre irrespective of size or format. If you want to store it away in your desk drawer, the press-down handle can be folded away. Made by Carl, the wellknown manufacturer of desktop articles.
