This filled chocolate bar consists of two layers of dark chocolate sweetened with finely ground dates, between which lies a rich cream of roasted and lightly salted Italian pistachios. Overall, the chocolate is not too sweet, but pleasantly tart and intensely nutty. Bomba di Pistacchio is also vegan.

Djoon (pronounced "Dschuun") is a young food start-up that focuses on delicious sweets in which dates play a key role. It all began in 2021, when founders Carolin and Martin Grellner and Leon Niederl got started and produced their first date pralines. Spreads, chocolates and gingerbread were soon added, and the next big step followed at the beginning of 2023: the establishment of the company's own praline factory in Munich. It opened up new opportunities for the team, more innovations and, as a result, more varieties and even higher quality.
