With the Dark Nougat, the name says it all. On the outside is dark chocolate with particularly deep and rich flavors. Inside is an irresistibly creamy nougat filling that melts in the mouth. This combination is an extremely indulgent snack, but the dark nougat chocolate can also be used as a delicious baking ingredient. The pleasant sweetness is provided by ground dates - typical of Djoon - and the chocolate is also vegan.

Djoon (pronounced "Dschuun") is a young food start-up that focuses on delicious sweets in which dates play a key role. It all began in 2021, when founders Carolin and Martin Grellner and Leon Niederl got started and produced their first date pralines. Spreads, chocolates and gingerbread were soon added, and the next big step followed at the beginning of 2023: the establishment of the company's own praline factory in Munich. It opened up new opportunities for the team, more innovations and, as a result, more varieties and even higher quality.
