Djoon (pronounced "Dschuun") is a young food start-up that focuses on delicious sweets in which dates play a key role. It all began in 2021, when founders Carolin and Martin Grellner and Leon Niederl got started and produced their first date pralines. Spreads, chocolates and gingerbread were soon added, and the next big step followed at the beginning of 2023: the establishment of the company's own praline factory in Munich.
