A name could not be more eloquent. Clarus (Latin for clear, bright and luminous) is a fresh, citrusy-spicy fragrance with a Mediterranean flair. It owes this to the careful composition of citrus fruits in the top note and subtle lavender aromas in the heart note. Bitter orange, bergamot, neroli and petigrain are reminiscent of blossoming Mediterranean orange groves. The citrusy agrum notes and the gentle spiciness of lavender come into their own on the spicy, woody base of patchouli and cedarwood, giving the eau de toilette its special, clear character.

Before using for the first time, replace the cork stopper with the glass stopper. This is provided with a groove and an aroma beak and enables precise application - drop by drop - on the wrist, neck, décolleté or forearm. For your handbag or when traveling, you can use the small atomizer, which is easy to fill using the enclosed funnel.

The history of the art of perfumery and that of pharmacy are closely interwoven. This is why the Saint Charles pharmacy has long wanted its own fragrance line. The Vienna-based pharmacy has now realized this with perfumer Paul Divjak, with whom Richard König and Alexander Ehrmann from Saint Charles have a long-standing friendship. The result is three special eaux de toilette in which the art of pharmacy and perfumery merge perfectly with a passion for perfume. The Latin names of the fragrances - Dulcis, Viridis and Clarus - and the design of the bottles are reminiscent of their alchemical origins. Only pure natural essential oils and proven fragrances and molecules are used. All fragrances are designed as unisex perfumes, because the choice of a fragrance should be determined solely by individual preferences and emphasize one's own personality. Inspired by the classic art of perfumery, the compositions are rather light and naturally fragrant, merging with the skin and developing individually over the course of the day.

Saint Charles stands for the combination of traditional apothecary and healing knowledge of Traditional European Medicine (TEM) with the realities of today's lifestyle. The foundation stone for Saint Charles was laid by Alexander Ehrmann, himself a sixth-generation pharmacist, when he founded the pharmacy in Vienna's Mariahilf district in 2006. The pharmacy interior from 1886 has not only been preserved in its entirety, but is also the symbol of this bridge between tradition and innovation. With Saint Charles Apothecary under the management of co-founder Richard König, a health brand with a holistic approach was created in 2016, and the product range is correspondingly broad. The holistic approach goes beyond looking at the body and mind of the individual and also takes into account the environment, society and the economy.
