Gift certificate value query

If you would like to find out the value of your gift certificate, you can do this conveniently in your customer account. To do this, log in to your customer account and call up the "gift certificate amount" area. Please enter the voucher number and PIN that you can find on your voucher.

You can also check the value of your gift certificate in the shopping cart. To do this, please enter the gift certificate number and PIN in the appropriate fields on the shopping cart page under "Redeem gift certificate". The value of the gift certificate will be displayed in the shopping cart. If you do not wish to redeem the gift certificate, you can also remove it from the shopping cart.
