General Information
Thick, spicy and full of character
This condiment is thick, dark, harmoniously sweet and sour and perfectly complemented by the spiciness of the figs. Giusti uses real Balsamico di Modena IGP for its production, adds fresh fig puree and leaves this preparation to mature for several months in oak barriques. The vinegar specialty can be used like a ready-made dressing. It also tastes amazing on young cheese, ham and cold cuts, and it seasons roast meat and braised meat.
