This small Graubünden nut tart from Confiserie Marcel Schmid in Sedrun is a handmade confectionery product. The golden-brown baked shortcrust pastry shell encloses a filling of honey, almonds and hazelnuts. The manufacturer recommends warming the nut cake slightly and enjoying it with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, but it is also delicious on its own.
