Even the sensitive child skin on the head and neck should be protected from solar radiation - with a sun hat. The formal model for our model is the southern waistcoat, which (classically made of oilskin) is actually worn during downpours. Thanks to its wide brim, especially at the neck, it also keeps the sun out. And since our sun hat is made entirely of soft, airy and skin-friendly muslin, it is very comfortable to wear in summer temperatures. By the way, its width is moderately adjustable, so that the sun hat does not fly away at the first gust.

Musslin has many positive wear properties that make it the material of choice for summer children's clothing. First of all, it is light and airy, as it is woven from only slightly twisted yarns in a loose plain weave - which also makes it particularly breathable. It is often worn in several layers, as it is then less transparent and can also show off its temperature-balancing properties particularly well. Last but not least, muslin has a pleasantly soft feel, which makes it comfortable even for sensitive children's skin. And finally: The muslin that we have processed consists of certified organically grown cotton.
