This Lanius blazer is timeless, simple and elegant, made from a summery combination of breathable linen and skin-friendly, organically grown cotton. The fabric is full of character and has a beautiful melange effect which, together with the visible twill weave, gives the blazer a sophisticated look. The pure viscose lining is pleasantly smooth and soft against the skin and makes it easy to put on and take off. The blazer has a casual cut with a lapel collar and two inset flap pockets. Darts at the front give it shape and ensure a good fit. It fastens with a striking button made from real horn.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
