With its delicately shiny surface with a slightly iridescent look and soft feel, the fabric of this blouse almost looks like silk. However, it is made from pure Lyocell (TENCEL™), a biodegradable regenerated fiber made from wood that comes from controlled sources. The skin-friendly and breathable fabric is pleasantly smooth and supple against the skin and has a beautiful, soft drape. The blouse has a loose, figure-skimming fit with dropped shoulders, a deep V-neckline and short sleeves with turn-ups. Lengthwise dividing seams at the front and back slim the silhouette.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
