Goatskin is particularly hard-wearing, flexible and supple, making it ideal for gloves. Thomas Riemer uses velvety-soft, chamois-tanned goatskin suede as the upper leather for this elegant model. The cashmere and wool lining offers the hands a snug, warm welcome. The cuffs are extra long so that the wrists are also kept warm.

Quality craftsmanship is the top priority at Thomas Riemer, or TR for short. The Austrian company's gloves are designed in Vienna and sewn in a Hungarian workshop by around twenty glove makers, some of whom have 40 years of experience - using old special machines and tools. The leather used comes from tanneries in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Finland and France. For each pair of gloves, they are soaked in water, stretched over the edge of the table and then cut to size. The experience and feel of the seamstresses play a decisive role in the fit and appearance of the final glove. The seamstresses then sew the cut parts together freehand and without a preliminary drawing or stitch markings - an activity that requires the utmost precision. Even a very experienced person can make a maximum of three pairs of hand-sewn gloves a day. You will notice the difference when you wear them: a TR glove only stretches in width, not in length, and gently adapts to the shape of your hand.

Staining of light-coloured clothing, furniture and other objects is possible.

Slight colour variations are natural and prove the authenticity of the material.
