The upper of this half boot is a soft and grippy cowhide. Underneath lies genuine lambskin, with which the shoe is fully lined. The wide crepe sole additionally shields the ground cold, at the same time providing comfortable walking (and standing) with its soft tread. Leather loops on the edge of the shaft facilitate dressing.

Montegranaro in the Marche region, an important location for Italian shoe manufacturing, is home to the relatively young Punto Pigro label. Founded in 2000, it took the traditional footwear craft of the Secchiaris (their family had been active in the industry since 1975) and added new ideas and influences.
