This closureless knitted coat can be combined in many ways, whether with casual, sporty or elegant outfits. Lanius makes it from warming virgin wool from certified organic animal husbandry. The fine knit is characterized by a slightly grainy feel. Thanks to its tie belt made of outer fabric, the knitted coat can be tailored and can also be worn closed. Along the back it is worked with a piping, which visually slims the silhouette.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
