Moismont uses a ripstop made from pure, skin-friendly cotton for this flowing midi dress. This is a hard-wearing, tear-resistant fabric with a characteristic grid pattern, which is created by incorporating thicker warp and weft threads into the fabric at regular intervals. Despite their robustness, ripstop fabrics are lightweight, which makes them ideal for the warmer seasons. The knee-length dress has a loose, figure-skimming fit with a stand-up collar and rounded hem. The flared cut gives it an elegant swing. The long sleeves with buttoned cuffs can also be worn rolled up. A pleat under the button placket and a box pleat under the shoulder yoke ensure a good fit and greater freedom of movement, which is also helped by the long side slits. These are buttoned at the top and can be adjusted in length as required. Two pockets inserted into the side seam provide space for small items for everyday use.

Martine and Jacques Bijvoet are behind the Moismont label, which is based in Picardy, France. With their fashion, the two are committed to authenticity, traditions and values.
