Egyptian cotton has particularly long fibers and can therefore be spun into a fine yet strong yarn. This makes it particularly durable, silky soft and delicately shiny. This high-quality cotton is used in this T-shirt to create an airy knitted fabric that is pleasantly light on the skin. Fine rib-knit cuffs finish the neck, sleeves and body. The knitted shirt is fastened at the neck with a mother-of-pearl button. The cotton used comes from controlled organic cultivation.

Besides aiming at high-quality standards, Les Racines du Ciel’s declared entrepreneurial goal is to promote artisanal traditions and products and thus preserve jobs in impoverished rural areas. They choose their production locations correspondingly.
