As quince cultivation only plays a minor role in Germany, Madame Chêri also sources fruit from France and Turkey.

In its chocolate variations, the Düsseldorf-based company Madame Chêri combines milk chocolate with almonds or pistachios and, in this context, sometimes unusual fruits such as kumquats and quinces. The cocoa beans are processed in the chocolate factory in Bolu in the north of Turkey - the company founders' home town. Nuts and fruit come from traditional cultivation areas, often from the region around the factory. Another of Madame Chêri's principles is to offer the purest possible indulgence, which is why the products only contain what is necessary for enjoyment.
