Ceccarelli has created this sporty jacket from a waxed cotton fabric with a striking Used look. The Italian virgin wool padding under the outer fabric protects against the cold and is covered by a quilted cotton body lining. The sleeve linings are made of cupro, a regenerated fiber based on cotton cellulose. Cupro is smooth and silky, which makes the jacket easier to put on and take off. The brass-colored two-way zipper, which contrasts attractively with the outer fabric, can be fastened up to the collar. Above it is a wide, wind-resistant placket with concealed metal press studs. Buttoned back slits increase comfort, as does the fact that the collar is made from soft moleskin. The sleeve ends can be adjusted to two widths using straps with metal press studs. Two large patch pockets with press stud flaps, two slanted slash pockets, a pocket under the button placket with a vertical zipper and an inside pocket with a zipper can hold small items for everyday use.

He soon began to specialise in outdoor clothing, hunting wear and sportswear for men and women, made primarily from wool, cotton and functional fabrics. As a result, Ceccarelli has been producing for Filson their European line under licence for almost ten years. Nowadays, Manifattura Ceccarelli’s own collection includes blazers, shorts, trousers and bags.
