Mayser produces this summery headgear in the form of a classic slider cap and in cooperation with Munich hat traditionalist Michael Zechbauer. The lightweight fabric with the striking checked pattern is made of pure linen. An outer fabric strap with a metal buckle allows a moderate adjustment to the individual head shape. The breathable cotton lining features the Zechbauer logo.

When Leonhard Mayser opened his "Hutmacherey" in Ulm in 1800, he could hardly have imagined that Mayser hats would one day become a global brand, with an annual production of 3.5 million pieces in 1963, a record year (unsurpassed to date). Today, the production figures are far lower, but Mayser can still call itself a global brand with sales markets in 44 countries. The secret to the success of the company based in Lindenberg in the Allgäu, the former "Little Paris" of hat fashion, has remained the same for more than two centuries: Quality. While design, purchasing and sales are still based in the Allgäu, production was relocated to Slovakia in 2002. Mayser built its own factory there and also trains its own staff.
